Ticket Question

I found an old 6 Day PHP child pass (before MYW). I am going to WDW in March with my nephew who is now well-over age 9. How much would it cost upgrade this to an adult MYW pass? Also, since the PHP was non-expiring, will the new ticket have the non-expiring option on it or will I have to pay extra for that?

Trying to decide if it's worth it to upgrade this to an adult ticket (so I don't have to buy a new one now) or wait until I take a child-age relative to WDW and just use it (and buy a new ticket now).

We had to upgrade old park hopper passes from child to adult.
There was no charge.

We did this in September 2008. the original passes were from September 2002.
