Sorry, I am sure this has been answered before, but search is not working for me!

We are renting points and will be in need of park tix. Do I do this by calling member services?

No, no sense in calling MS for that. The easy way is just online via the Disney website.

You can purchase them from the front desk when you check in. That will guarantee that they will be on your KTTW.
