Ticket question

We have a 7 day hopper plus tickets to WDW. We have the water park option thing. I think for 5 trips. So my question is, we will be at Disney for 8 days. Does that mean we will have one day that we cant go to the park or on one of the days we dont go into the park, can we use the water park ticket? I am a confused about that. Thanks!

If you have a 7 day park hopper with the water park option, then you have 7 days admission to the parks. You can go to whatever parks you want with that 7 days. If you have 5 water park options or what used to be called the plus features, then you can go to the water parks, pleasure island, wide world of sports complex or disney quest with those 5 admissions. Now depending on when you purchased these tickets, determines if you have the older non expiring tickets or the new ones which expire 14 days from the first day that you use them. So, essentially you have 12 days of admissions to either the theme parks(7)or water parks(5). Hope that helps.
