Ticket question for Florida residents

Hey all! We are heading to Florida to visit the mouse and family for my DN 18th birthday. She will not be 18 on the trip and we have 2 other kids going. Grandpa is a Florida resident and was going to come for 1 day. The question is, is he able to purchase a 1 day ticket for himself and 3 day tickets for the kids? I know other non-resident adults have to pay full price. And I believe his 1 day ticket is not discounted as well but that’s ok.
