Ticket purchase

The first few times we visited WDW we did the entire package on the website and booked EVERYTHING including airfare, park tickets, room, etc... The "Key to the World" was our room key, park ticket, credit card, etc.... When we then joined DVC and started vacationing that way, I purchase my park tickets and airfare separately. When we check in I have to go to a park and pick up my park tickets which are printed on card stock. I dont like this, as I'd rather have everything on one card which feels more substantial (as well as being convenient). My question is: If I wait until check-in to purchase my tickets, will they add them to the Key to the World card with room, etc...??? Or will I still get a separate paper ticket? I've never done it that way and would like to know how you all do it.....

You'll get a separate ticket, but they can put in on your KTTW card. Check post #12 of the ticket sticky:
