We are WDW pass holders and DVC members staying at VDH, coming from Florida and going midweek during 2nd week of June. We will be buying the new Kids ticket deal for my younger son while my wife, my older son, and I will be buying the Membership Magic Beyond discounted tickets from DVC.
Knowing that different tickets get different allocation of reservations, do I need to pay for my tickets soon (especially for the kids ticket which I believe was limited on reservations last year) or can I wait until we get closer? I find it foolish to lay out the money now for tickets we won't need until June and there's a (slight) possibility a better deal than the DVC Magic Beyond deal comes along.
Does staying on site put us in a different "bucket" of reservations? I can't imagine them telling an onsite guest that they can't go to a park on a given day of their stay.
