Ticket Pricing Comparison-How can this be?

I bought a 10-day non-expiring premium hopper at the end of 2005 from Ticketmania. At that time, using the link from Mousesavers, the price was $353! The prices went way up in 2006....over $400 from the same company using the same link. Disney really gets you if you need only a couple of day's worth of tickets, especially if you want to park hop, so unless you will never return, I'd buy as many days of a non-expiring ticket as you can afford.

Has anyone noticed a broker special on 3-day or 4-day passes lately? That's the length we need as we will only be in Disney for four days in February. Thanks

I haven't seen any lately, not even in the MouseSavers newsletter. The best deals these days all seem to be "extra days free" type stuff.

I think the best you're going to do is the brokers regular prices, which on 3-day and 4-day tickets are only a few bucks cheaper than the Disney advance purchase price, or a AAA discount if you are a member.

It's been there at least since 10/31/06, the first time I looked at that page.

I've used TicketMania in the past, and as long as they have free shipping or resort delivery and are a few bucks cheaper than the advance price from WDW, I'll get my hoppers from them. But for the 1-day and 2-day tickets, since they are actually more expensive, I'd simply wait till I get to WDW and pick up my tickets there. It's only $5, but as HappyLawyer said, every little bit helps, and it's not like that extra $5 is going to save me any time or trouble - picking up a one-day ticket at the park gates usually only takes a few minutes.

well to me it was rude because as you can see i was not mistaken-so to each his own, we will agree to disagree

No it was not rude. You need to quote examples instead of make generalizations.

"Mistaken" is considered kosher in a courtoom. "Lie" is often not.

By the way, TicketMania's One-day and Two-day tickets page has a paragraph RIGHT AT THE TOP explaining why 1-day and two-day tickets actually cost more from them than from WDW:

you know it never suprises me, i said i thought you were rude - a statement,
you said you did not think you were rude-another statement, so we are done, yet there always seems to be someone no names mentioned "Originally Posted by seashoreCM

That always gets in some elses business and tries to start trouble in the treads. It cracks me up
