Could anyone please tell me the price of an unlimited magic pass with the DVC discount.

Our next stay will be for 19 nights.

The official Disney site only lists ticket prices for stays of up to 9 nights.

Many thanks in advance
Nick

The discount is only 10%, but it would be a bad choice for you anyway. An AP or PAP would be your only real choice.

Hey I would get an annual pass or a PAP - both would save you money over UMP for 19 nights.

the PAP has the water parks, PI and DQ on it now.

Thanks Richyams

I take your point but do you know how to work out the cost of a 19 day UMP so I can make the comparison?

Nick

if you get the Disney Club card
the annual pass will be $354.04
the premium annual pass will be $475.97

the 12night 13 day ump - is $475.97 (the same price of the PAP) - you don't need the 19th day to see that you are better off with the PAP

Thanks spiceycat

This is very helpful. However, if a 19 day ump cost the same as a 13 day ump and this was $475.97 less the DVC 10% discount, wouldn't the UMP still be cheaper?

Trouble is, I can't see anywhere on the Disney site which lets me work out the cost of a 19 day ump.

Please can you tell me how you were able to know the cost of a 12 day ump.

All the best
Nick

No the UMP go up each day - they don't stay the same price for unlimited days. I think it is around $20 to $15 per day - you can call CRo and ask what the price would be. Since DVC sells them you should be able to call MS and ask them also.

I think that the tickets price listed here assume that anyone who wants one pass 12 days will go get the PAP and therefore they won't need the price. Does that make sense?

Nick - If you haven't already seen this, it's worth a look:

Break even will be a little longer than the chart indicates, because DVC members get a 10% discount on UPH ticket media. A PAP gives you all the same admission priviledges as an UPH, but for an entire year. A PAP is essentially an UPH good for 365 days. If you really are planning to be in a park 19 days, the PAP is the most economical pass for you. I don't think Disney even sells UPH for more than 12 nights/13 days for that reason. The chart on the link will give you details on prices.

There are also other perks/benefits to owning an AP or PAP. Here's a link that describes those "extra" benefits:

HTH.

Per MS the maximum number of days on a UMP is 12 nights/13 days. You would have to buy two sets of UMP to get to 19 nights.

An adult 12 night(with a DVC discount) is 428.37
plus a 7 night is 327.24
For a total of $755.61

(The cast member I spoke to recommends that anyone staying more than 12 nights should buy an annual pass.)
