Haven't seen a specific date of when they'll be going up, but Undercover Tourist (an authorized reseller) did say that "just around the corner" would be a price increase....and in years past they have sold their remaining stock until it's gone (a few days) after Disney raises prices.

I have seen on several forums that the no-expire was going away, but again, I don't know that there has been anything official yet.

But....if you have the money and you know you're going to be buying a ticket....I'd do it soon.....if the prices don't rise next week or even next month, you'll still at least have your tickets (and you know at some point they will rise). If they do rise next week, then you'll have saved yourself a few dollars. Or, you can wait until it's official and then race over to UCT and hope they still have something at the old price, or you can come onto DIS and whine about how you didn't think the price rise would be yesterday....even though the rumor has been out for over a week.
