Can anyone tell me the cost to add park hopping to a one day MYW ticket.

We are FL Residents and I had figured on $98.75(w/o tax) for the 1 day with 2 plusses. I thought it cost $35 more to add park hopping and that certainly isn't worth it for one day but.....when I click the hopper box (on the disney website) the price only goes up to $104...so is it only $6 to add park hopping to a one day FL Res ticket? I know you can get free hopping on a FL Res ticket but I didn't know that applied if you also bought the plus pack. So, to make a long story short...is this right? $104 before taxes for a 1 day ticket with 2 pluses and hopping?

Thanks!

It's right. :) FL residents have special deals on short term MYW tickets. They can get a third day free with the purchase of a two-day ticket, a 10 percent savings on a one-day base ticket or free "Park Hopper" option added to a full-price one-day ticket.

In your case you're pulling up the 1 day with 10% off ($53.75) and adding the $45 Magic Plus Pack. Total: $98.75

If you want to add the Park Hopper to that, it will then charge you $59.75 for the 1 day Park Hopper (1 day base plus free hopper) and then you add the Magic Plus Pack for another $45. Total: $104.75.

Thanks Golden Oldie!

I figured it must be right because this was the disney website I was on. It's a pretty good deal for us. A day at Disney Quest, a day at Typhoon Lagoon, and a day park hopping(probably Epcot and MK) all for $105. We're pretty happy with that! Works out to $35 per day for the 3 days we'll have activities. Add to that a shopping day and a pool day and we're all set for a 5 day vacation.

OK, on to the next question...although I'm happy with this price, one always must continue to look for the best deal. So, does anybody know anywhere else to buy a FL res 1 day ticket? None of the ticket brokers(or at least not the ones I've called) handle the FL res discount. I know I could get Disney Quest cheap on ticketmania but I can't get the MYW or the Typhoon Lagoon cheaper anywhere else so I think doing it this way(thru Disney as mentioned above) is my best bet. Does anybody have any better ideas? Or is this the way to go?

Most ticket wholesalers do not carry one day tickets whether for FL residents or not. In your case, you won't find a better deal for that ticket. Disney's giving you a $35 discount on what is in effect a one day premium ticket. No one will beat that. The only ones that may even carry it are FL TDS's or FL AAA's.
