Ticket pick up in Downtown Disney?

I have a voucher to exchange for a hopper pass. Is there a ticket counter in downtown Disneythat I can exchange it at? Or do I need to go to main entrance?

Im not 100 % sure of this,, but seeing that DTD is just shops and eateries , I belive you would need to go through security and to the ticket boot or gates to redeem your voucher...
If you dont want to go in staright away , then it would be to the booths..

There used to be a ticket booth by the DtD monorail station, but it's no longer there. You need to go to the ticket booths just inside the bag checks on either side of the Esplanade (east or west).
