Ticket/Pass pickup Kiosk?

So excited to head to Universal this weekend!
This is our first trip!

I have a question:

We purchased our 1 premium annual pass and 2 tickets (2 +1 free park to park) online and selected "Pick up at Kiosk" because we didn't think they could process and mail them to us in time.

Where is this kiosk?

Our park days are Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. We are arriving in Orlando on Saturday afternoon though... could we go ahead over and pick up our tickets/pass? Trying to figure out how to save time on Sunday morning (we already have to switch over to Royal Pacific and pick up our room keys).

There is a kiosk in each hotel and several in front of each park.

Just when you do the Will Call, make certain that you bring the Credit Card you used for your order and the Confirmation Number and the tickets will print out. Simply swipe the Card in the machine. If that doesn't work, go to Guest Services, have your Confirmation Number, Credit Card and Photo ID and you'll be fine

I apologize for the hijack, but I have a related question. Are the confirmation numbers an absolute must? Suppose I happen to misplace my confirmation number, what then? (It hasn't happened yet, but just in case...). Thanks.

When does the kiosk/gust services close? We were going to get the park at 6PM. Will the kiosks be covered up/guest services be closed?

We have the 3 day park to park and wanted to use one day just for the evening at IoA bc of the concert at USF....Wizarding World may be less crowded haha - then use day 2 and 3 on sunday and monday.

The parks will still be open at 6 on Saturday. You'll have no problems getting to the kiosks or guest services.
