Ticket/package discount with pin code

Just got a 40% code and booked room only like I usually do. She mentioned that packages etc fall under the 40%. Is this true?

Please help me figure out the best way to go...

As a fl. resident I used to get the seasonal pass but stopped b/c my DS' birthday is 12/19 always a blackout date.

For the last two years-we've cut down or visits-budget-and gone with AAA play 4 tix. this year we got the 4 day ph/with 4 add ons. It worked b/c we went to SEAworld and split the tix into 2 trips with only 2 days in parks.


S0-I still cannot go with Seasonal AP b/c we will be there during blackout. My budget does not allow regular AP's right now.

Would it best to book a package-adding tickets on for this one trip if it's at 40% or go with a AAA tix that I think is $237. for 4/4?

Unless it's changed, the 40% is only on the room. I'm almost certain you can have a package with tickets and DDP and have the 40% applied, but the discount would only apply to the room portion, not the tickets or DDP.

If you want the dining plan, you have to buy tickets of some sort. If you don't want the dining plan, there's no benefit in buying a package.

Package means-room and Tix. But 40% does not apply to the tix portion-only the room.

If that's the case -i'm better off with AAA tix and room only.

As far as I understand, the 40% applies only to the room portion; tickets are normal price.

But there's no harm in calling and pricing things out! (Just remember, that before they actually book it, Disney gives you ticket prices before tax. Add 6.5%, I believe, for the tax.)
