Ticket Mania?

I was checking out there site and they seem reasonable. Has anyone ever used them? Whats the good, bad and the ugly?

I just ordered tickets from them a little over a week ago. Received the tickets on Tuesday as promised. I'm very happy with their service!

We used Ticket Mania last September and had no issues whatsoever. I ordered MYW tickets (2 adult and 2 children) and they arrived quickly with a some pretty good stuff in the packet (Orlando area dining discounts booklet, maps, etc...) It was a really nice packet of things.

Also... One really nice thing that they did was send us a photocopy of our tickets which we put in a separate place in case we misplaced our tix.

We will definately be using them again in March.

Ticketmania is very popular, very reliable and does a good job. They even send you a photocopy of your tickets for safekeeping.

TicketMania is as good as it gets for online tickets. There are threads like this about it every so often, and I'm not sure if I've ever seen a complaint. I buy DisneyQuest tickets there as well as MYW tickets.

Do sign up for Mousesavers newsletter as calypso suggested.

No bad or ugly here either....got our tickets within a week including photocopy and some local info...wonderful service and the Mousesaver's discount helped even more. Will most definitely use them again!

Me too. Used them a few years ago and didn't have a problem. Been buying AP's since, but wouldn't hesitate to use Ticketmania again if the situation calls for it.

Tried Ticketmania thru the Mousesavers link and saved $20 per ticket last year.

Just so you know that the Mousesaver newsletter comes out on th e 15th of each month. Ticketmania provides great service. They went above and beyond when one of our party went into the hosiptal for several days so we could not use one of our Cirque De Soleil tickets.

Used 'em twice. Once had the tickets delivered to the hotel, they were there upon check-in, and we didn't even have to ask, they flagged our reservation so they told us when we checked in. Also, just ordered from them again, and got the tickets in a very timely manner. The photocopy of the back of the tickets is very convenient.........Disney can reissue you tickets if you've lost tickets and they haven't been used yet with that info.

What if you lose them during your trip and have already started use of them?
How do you get a new one if purchased at TicketMania?

We've been using them for about four or five years now and I've never had any issues whatsoever. Very fast and professional. Planning to order from them again for our trip coming up in December!
