Our family of 11 booked our trip a few months back and there looked to be a system glitch with one of the my Disney experience members and 1 person does not have ticket reservations for the whole trip. We are set to travel next week and there are no park reservations available. Spent 3 hours on hold trying to get our family member added and Disney said tough luck. Asked to speak to a manager and she said nothing could be done and they would just have to sit out. Our family is just devastated with all of the cost and planning. Does anyone have any advice or someone we could contact?
