My niece in the National Guard reserves will be returning from Afghanistan just in time to join us at WDW in August. (Yea!!!!) :cool1: She e-mailed me for help in getting her tickets. She said she should be eligible for a military discount but I can't find the rates to verify. She lives in Tampa so she is considering buying the 10 Day MYW no expiration - but she is not committed to that. I know that the advanced purchase tickets for 10 Day MYW no expiration is $408.97 per Mousesavers. Does anyone know the cost of tickets with the military discount and what type of tickets are available? Mousesvers has a link to the prices but when opened, it is illegible for me (probably my computer). We have APs so she is the only one who needs the ticket. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! I am so excited to see her! :bounce: It has been over a year!!!

I am not aware of any military discount for tickets through WDW. If she buys them at Shades of Green she may get a discount.

If she buys her tickets at the Shades of Green the cost would be $207 for the base ticket, $40 for the hopper and $135 for the non-expiration - or a total of $382 - that includes tax - she could also buy an annual pass for $409 (tax included) if she plans on making more visits this year!!!

She would have to get her tickets at Shades of Green - or check with her base, as they may have them availible too. I don't know where in the base, or availiblilty or anything... I just know I have been told that some bases have them on site.
