Ticket help, please

I have a friend who is taking her family to WDW next week. Where is the easiest place for them to get their tix once they are there? They had planned to get them in Ocala until I told her that it was closed.

If your staying on site, the easiest way is to get them at your resort. Otherwise, just get there early and get them at the gate.
