Ticket from Split Stay Question

We are going to be doing a split stay next year with the meal plan at both resorts. This means that on the first part of our stay we will get the longer ticket and for the second part of our stay we will just get the 1-day ticket that we are required to get for the meal plan.

On the very last day of the trip, more family members will be joining us (not staying in our room, just coming to the park for one day).

My question is - can they use the 1-day tickets that we will have extra?

Thanks in advance!
Jen

i don't see why not since the card with the 1 day park ticket on it will not have been used therefore won't have anyone's finger print thingy on it.

Thanks! I wasn't sure if it would be a paper ticket or if they would somehow "attach" that one day ticket to our new room keys.

If anyone has actually done this, I would love to hear what you had to do or if it is just a ticket they give you and as simple as giving it to our other family members.

Since you will have a package, the ticket will be coded onto your room key.

Okay, I understand that it will be on our room key. We will be using the old room key for our tickets, the new key for our meal plan, but will it allow my family to use the new key for the one day in the MK?

I am so confused by how this is going to work (1st time with a split stay) and I really appreciate those of you who are helping me figure out the logistics of this all!:goodvibes

Thanks!

Yes.

You will use your old KTTW as your tickets.
You will use your new KTTW for the dining plan, for charging, and as the room key at the second resort.

You can let anyone use your new KTTW as their ticket for park entry. Of course, be aware that the KTTW will have you dining and charge abilities on it.

Since you will have a package, the ticket will be coded onto your room key.

You can opt not to have the MYW ticket added to your room key, I have done it twice so far.

Just let the CM know when you check in that you prefer it that way. You can have the dinner plan credits and charging privledges on the room key and the one day park ticket can be on regular ticket stock.

Since the ticket has never been used its yours to use or gift as you see fit.

FWIW you can even put the tickets from the first package on regular ticket stock (vs the room key) as well if you think it will be less confusing during the second part of the stay.

We usually have AP's so having the ticket separate from the room key dosen't bother us :)
