Ticket Extension

Hi! I was given four 1 park, 1 day tickets to Universal. They expired 9/20. We were unable to use them before they expired, will Universal extend them? If so, how do I go about getting that extension? I have physical tickets, and they were purchased by my company, so I don't have a confirmation number. Thanks!

Were they free tickets from your company or did you have to purchase them ?
