Ticket expiration - update from DL

Mine (purchased from LMT Club) don't show an expiration date in the app, but, based on expiration date updates, I expect that they are now good through 12/16/21. When I updated the app last week, they re-appeared (they'd been missing for a while). I scanned in our tickets for Touch of Disney, as well, and they have the expiration date on them, but our actual park tickets do not.

Probably cross posting this on a few posts. Take it with a grain of salt for now, since CMs aren’t known for always being accurate.

Email response asking if they’ll be honoring already purchased tickets.

Hmmmm..... I accessed my tickets through the email confirmation. Click the link. The tickets still how 1/12/2021 as the expiration date.

Try refreshing the page once you’ve opened them. Mine just went from Dec 16, 2021 to Jan 12, 2023 on them. Both of which are dates I’ve never seen before! But refreshing the page seems to change the date back and forth.

Mine still had 12/16/21 expiration, I tried refreshing. I did add them to my app just now but I can't see an expiration date on there. I would love to be extended another year!

Getting closer! It now says January 2022. Each time I open I get another year. Lol

My Canadian Resident passes are back too, but do not list an expiry date. (The website lists it as December 16, 2021.)

I have Canadian Resident tickets as well and they do not show an expiry date other than Jan 13/21 which is stated in the original email. The email link doesn’t give me an expiry date at all but I’m assuming they’ll expire Dec 16/21. I’m hoping they extend them since it’s unlikely we’ll get there before December.

We also have CDN resident 4-day park hoppers purchased in Feb 2020, and we won't get there this year either. Kinda sad, but I just don't see us getting there until things are closer to 'normal'. I'm trying to figure out if the best strategy is: to just wait to see if the expiry date gets extended or call and try and have them refunded, as I'm not keen on the "cash them in at the window" option if that's what it ends up being. We never buy tickets onsite, but if they extended the expiry date, that would probably be best. Is that what people are thinking might happen?

Is anyone with 3rd party tickets able to see the expiration in the app?
