Ticket experts, can I bridge this ticket?

UT currently has a 4 day PH with the water park fun and more option for $37 less than Disney. My intention is to upgrade to the "new" DVC gold pass (which is essentially the former AP but now has blackout dates.) Can we bridge this ticket if we do not use the water park option and just upgrade them after our first park day? I've done it in the past with regular park hoppers, just not sure if the water park option matters. TY

Yes, you can bridge/upgrade that ticket to an annual pass. If you use any of the WPF&M options, your only upgrade path would be the Platinum Plus.

Yep. Make sure you know what the price difference should be in case the CM doesn't do the price bridging. It's a manual process.

I have bridged that exact ticket, because it's the one with the highest savings over gate price.
Works fine and I was very lucky to get knowledgeable CMs both times and they knew exactly how to bridge to keep the discount.

As stated, yes, you can bridge ticket. One wrinkle to be aware of is that if your trip lasts longer than 4 days, you will only be able to schedule FP+ for 4 days....this is what kept me from buying a shorter ticket with bigger savings.

Thank you. I forgot about that wrinkle. We're going mid May and do rope drop,so I'm ok with making last minute fast passes for our fifth and final day.

Yes, I did this 2 months ago. I was offered 3 different levels of an AP to upgrade to. It was easy and had no issues.

If you intend to convert it to an AP, the best value is to get a 10 day ticket from UT and have that converted to an AP.
