Ticket Exchange question

Does anybody know if you can still exchange a WDW ticket to a DL ticket? I know that you used to be able to go to DL guest services and do that but you couldn't do it at WDW. Just wondering if you can still do that?

I've heard that DLR no longer allows this. Maybe someone else can confirm. Otherwise, try emailing Guest Services to see what the current policy is.
