Don’t understand what link you’re talking about. Depends on the level of non-computer no matter what. If they’re so non-computer they don’t have up to date security on their computers then no way would I be telling them to purchase anything online. I’d buy the tickets (tell them the price prior to purchase) and have them write me a check (obviously only if they can be trusted to pay me back).
