Hi Everyone -- Ok so I am trying to do a budget trip in July the 2nd to 8th for me, my DD 11 and my DS 8 .. We have 2 days each of left of Pluses ( using for BB and TL ) we also have 1 day each of Park Hoppers 2adult and 1 childs tickets - these were orginally 3 days bought from Hotwire or one of those places I do NOT have my reciept anymore .. the dilemma is --- ticketing for 2 more days (so we end up with 3 days total in the parks) I used discountorlandovacation to price the MYW hoppers Can I do this::
1. order 3 day hopper for my kids (1 adult and 1 child) and use the the left over ones myself even though one is a childs tickets? $192 adult and $162 kids so it would be $ 354 plus the cost to upgrade the childs tickets for me -- would anyone know how much that would be ??..
2. or i can just let my son use the 3 left over tickets (he is 8) and buy 2 adult tickets at $192 = $ 384 ..
3. or I could just order us all 2 day MYW Hopper for $141,$141 and $118 = $400 ..

Of course I am leaning toward #1 if the upgrade doesn't cost too much (less then $30 ) if not then I would pick #2

any helpful advise would be great -- Thanks Michelle

I would go with #1, go with your 11yo and upgrade the child ticket on an even no cost exchange. Then you use it and the other two old tickets.

You could also have the 11yo use the old tickets starting with the child ticket unexchanged. You get new tickets for yourself and (child ticket) for the 8yo. The 11yo should go throught he turnstile first, so if theyd on't catch him, he continues to use the child ticket as is in the fast pass machines.

When you do the even no cost exchange they might ask your child questions about when he last used the ticket. His answers have to make sense for his age and the date of your last visit(s).

Excellent Thanks !!! I will definately do just that !! You have made my day.. Michelle

Just remember that the child's ticket MUST be upgraded to an adult ticket before YOU can use it. You won't be able to get through the turnstiles using a child ticket.

I would guess I just go to the Guest Service desk before getting to the turnstiles ??

Yes, Guest Relations is located to the right of the turnstiles at MK and Epcot, next to the kennel to the left of the turnstiles at DIsney MGM and to the left of the turnstiles at AK. You may also have them modified at Downtown Disney Guest Relations' 2 locations.

Great, now that I know exactly where to go we should be all set -- AK is our first park .. Thanks again Michelle

Yea, thats corrrect. But alot of CM don't enforce it though.
