Ticket Confusion

I am really confused about the new ticket system. I have been waiting until the less expensive tickets for end of July were released and now I am not sure what to buy. We are arriving at DLP staying at Hotel l'Elysee Val d'Europe. We know that we want to go to Walt Disney Studios on July 28 and Disneyland on July 29. We have ADRs in each park for those dates. We are not interested in park hopping. What is the difference between Magic and Super Magic tickets? Our days are bright blue in the grid but on the key both Magic and Super Magic are bright blue. I have searched online and have not been able to find what the difference is. Can anyone help? Thanks!

I prefer not to buy tickets from the US Disneyland Paris site because it does not let you specify a date and tickets are much more expensive.

One of the best places to puchase tickes for DLP is from them directly from here If you click on the 'See all tickets' option it brings up all the tickets available with options to purchase joint tickets for DLP, the Louvre museum and a River Seine Cruise which might be handy if your visiting Paris too.

I am hoping to buy the dated tickets instead of the open tickets that are good for a year. A 1day/1 park tickets costs 55 Euros - roughly $75. It's about a $20 savings over the tickets sold on the DLP Paris website.

The tickets are a little bit cheaper but I can't seem to buy them from the DLP official website. I can only purchase the higher priced tickets that are good for a year.

You know, I'm totally confused by Disneyland Paris too. Tickets, annual passes, vacation packages - it all seems very mysterious to me, and hard to find the information.

One-day tickets for 45, 55, or 65 Euros, depending on the date. Add 2-park capability for an additional 15 Euros. You can translate the page into English using translate.google.com.

Thanks Bob - I tried going through the French DLP page but when you have to put your address in it only says FRANCE for a country and you don't have an option to change it. I'm not sure if it matters - I was also thinking of calling DLP directly so that is what I will probably do.

Just leave your country as France. It doesn't matter as they email everything you need, nothing is posted.
