Sorry for another ticket question, but I have a weird situation. I have one day NE tickets already loaded onto our magic bands, now I just purchased 10 day NE PH and am wondering if I should remove the one day ticket from my bands so I can decide which day I don't want to hop and use that one day ticket for that day? Or how would the system know to count the 10 hopper days? Does it only count them when we actually hop? I hope that makes sense. TIA

Sometimes the system doesn't know which ticket to pull. Keep the one day ticket on, but when you get to the front desk or your first park, find a castmember that deals with Magic Bands and ask to have your tickets prioritized so that it pulls the right ticket on the right day.

If you go into the Magic Bands and Cards section of your MDE you can Activate and Deactivate your tickets. I am going in July with my cousin and purchased a 2 day park hopper but I also have 7 days left on my NE ticket which matches up with my husbands ticket and did not want to be 'uneven'. I deactivated my NE ticket but with how glitchy things can be with MDE I will still check to make sure my 2 day ticket was used. You can reactivate it at anytime.

But if you deactivate it, will you lose the FP+ ressies that you have made with it?

I'm glad I hadn't thought about that possibility before doing it!!! No, luckily all of my FP+ reservations that I made with the NE ticket are still there.

You can also use the actual ticket to get in the park instead of the magic band even though the ticket is attached to your magic band... Hope that makes sense.... Your FP's will still be good that are on the MB.

I'm confused. Why are you using the one day pass at all? If the 10 day ph covers your trip, shouldn't you just use that one?

Where do you see an activate and deactivate on MDE? I have an old 4 day NE ticket on MDE, and a new 5 day base. I want to deactivate the old NE, but I dont see anywhere to do it myself, and even 3 CM's have told me it cant be done until I get to a park or at guest relations downtown. Maybe I dont see that option b/c my old ticket is from 2010??

I actually wanted to remove the one day ticket that is already registered on MDE but don't see any way to do it either.

Guest Relations can do that when you arrive at WDW.
It will be re-issued on a plastic RFID ticket card.
