Ticket Clarification for Not So Scary

If you attend the park during the day of Not So Scary, do you have to use your parkhopper and then re-enter with the additional ticket or does the additional ticket count for all day.

From what I understand, you cannot enter with your MNSSHP ticket until 4 pm or so. If you go to MK in the morning, you'll have to use a Park Hopper day, if that's what you have.

From 4pm on-- your MNSSHP ticket will get you into the MK. You will need only this ticket.

Prior to 4pm-- you will need a regular park ticket to gain admission into the park.
