Does anyone have experience with using Chase Disney Dollars to do this at Guest Services? Is it possible? (I would think it is.)

That's basically a gift card, right? Yes, you can use a gift card to pay to upgrade a ticket.

We used our rewards card to pay the difference, no problems.

We have had the Disney visa since inception, so we have lots of experience spending the rewards at Disney Yes, it can be used to buy tickets, or upgrade tickets. I really can't remember being told I could not use the rewards card any where on property!

I used my Disney Rewards Card/Dollars to upgrade a 6-day ticket to a 10-day ticket at Guest Services. Actually, it might have been the travel desk, whatever it's called at the Swan and Dolphin.
