I booked a room at RPH with an AP rate and ordered an AP that needs to be picked up at a ticket window.

Is the only ticket booths right near the parks or can we get them at Guest Services at the hotel?

What time does the ticket booth open prior to the park?

If we check into the resort the night before and have the email confirmation of the AP only will we have any issues ?

As long as you show the AP during your hotel stay, you are good

Your rate will hold ar the rate you booked

Many activate their AP once they pick it up and activate it
And they do this after they check into the hotel

If by ticket window you mean kiosk, you can pick your AP up in the hotel lobby at the electronic kiosk. It is right beside where you get your express passes, imbedded into the concierge desk.

Maybe you could quote the exact wording in your email?

The confirmation emails says to pick up at the Front Gate Ticket Window during regular theme park hours.
Hate to waste time in the morning having to do this as both parks close at 6 the one full day we have there. We are there a 2nd day as well but need to leave around 5 for the airport.

You used to be able to pick up the AP at the kiosks but maybe they have changed that and you need to pick them up at the ticket window. The ticket windows are open half an hour before and after park opening, so I would get there early.

I wouldn't worry about showing the front desk. You can do that anytime, if they even bother to ask for it.

Can you please report back and let us know how it pans out? If they give you a reservation/confirmation number for the passes, I'd try and see if you can print them out at the kiosk at the hotel.

We are in Orlando prior to our cruise as well (and UO afterwards). Maybe we will go pick up the AP then. I just hate to pay for parking just to get the AP but it would be nice not to be so rushed on our way into the park.
If there is EE to HP are the ticket booths open before EE or just before the normal operating hours?

And by the way does anyone know why the parks are closed so early on Friday, April 8th?

Have some one drop you off so you can quickly pick up your AP
Call when you are done so they can return to get you

Go to the drop off location to use this method
Many do this and it is not against the rules

Another option would be to have dinner at Citywalk and pick up the tickets then.
