ticket and plus options questions

My first question is it true you can use a plus option without going to the park it doesn't use one of your park hopper days? For example if we have a 7 day park hopper plus, or whatever they call it now, and we arrive a day earlier then expected could we use one of our plus options for the evening but still have 7 days in the parks? My other question is can you use multiple plus options in one day? Like a water park in the morning and Disney Quest in the evening? Thank you!

As I understand it, yes and yes. Just remember that your ticket will expire within 14 days of first use (whether you start with a park day or an option day) if you did not buy the non-expiration version. Have a great trip!!
