Ticker factory - silly question!!

How do you get the ticker factory display at the bottom of the posts? Also do you list all your previous holidays each time you write a post or is there a quick way of doing this? Sorry this is a silly question but I'm new to all this and I'm not very technical!!!

To add your trips go into your user cp and add them to your signature, I'm sure someone else will help with your ticker

You go over to tickerfactory, make your countdown up, copy it then paste it under your signature (under User CP).

Go to User CP > Edit Signature > Paste the following, BUT replace my curly brackets {} with square brackets [].
