Ticker factory - silly question!!

OK, this is your ticker, right?

Go to User CP > Edit Signature > Paste the following, BUT replace my curly brackets {} with square brackets [].

Thank you, thankyou thankyou, at last, haven't got a clue how you did it but it looks great, at last I can see my holiday counting down, feel fit to burst.

Just out of interest why did I have to change the brackets?

Because when I post it with the square brackets it shows the ticker itself. To be able to show you the code, I need to omit the square brackets.

Hi,

I'm hoping that someone can help me with this. I've been back from my Disney trip for a couple of months, but I can't edit my ticker. It seems to have reset to the original time that I posted it. I'd love it if I was counting down another 9 months, but unfortunately I have to wait a few years. Thanks!

I am computer literate but I am gonna strangle my countdown signature. I am still getting jargon/ characters etc. I have attempted it 10 times. It used to be working just fine...help.

magickimbo, you don't appear to have anything in your signature, so I assume you've deleted the offending ticker.

myheartlivesatwdw, although the DIS allows HTML in posts, for some reason it doesn't allow it in signatures. You need to use the pseudo HTML code.



Click on the "quote" button at the bottom of my post. You will then be able to see the code which you can copy and paste into your signature.

Are there any July 4th themed tickers out there? I see lots of halloween and Christmas ones. Only only one I found was from a magical kingdoms site, and it wouldn't let me post of because it said magical kingdoms in it.
