Ticked off! Hannah Montana 3d glasses GONE at WalMart!

It's funny because we got our two weeks ago and all we did was walk into the WalMart. Of course my 3yr old crumpled up hers before we were done with our groceries, but hey as long as she can still see Hannah she doesn't care.

This may sound like a stupid question but...do you have to have them to enjoy the show. My dds are having their two friends over to watch it but it never occurred to me that it was 3D. We saw a 3D version of Nightmare before christmas in the theater and we really didn't need them too much.

I would say yes. There aren't a lot of 3D moments but I took my girls to see it in the theater, & it had the weird 3D look (if you know what I'm talking about - fuzzy colors, kind of blurry) w/o the glasses.

ours still had tons tonight since they are on top of the big 100calorie pack display and pretty much out of sight. That's kinda strange that all 4 walmarts would be out of them.

we also got some pairs from Radio Disney when they were at the zoo on Friday.

I got a pair free in this weeks tv guide. Last Friday night we went to grocery store, Shoprite, and they had a hannah montana display up front. It had the talking dolls on a table and had plain white sided 3d glasses. The 3d glasses from the movie theatre will not work for tv. The movie theatre ones are black and tv ones are blue and red lens. Good luck.

Our WM had them hidden under the counter in the electronics sect. you had to ask the cashier there. No one else knew anthing about them, and the front end cashiertried to charge me for them.

Southside ~ both the one on Emerson at 465 and Emerson up by St Francis. Also the Walmart neighborhood market had them off Keystone/I-65.

Can you even see 3D on tv? I thought you needed a special screen for this. When the movie came out they had it at only at the Imagine that has 3d.

We are going tomorrow to see if our Walmart has any left. Can anyone tell me why everything with Walmart is so difficult? I truly hate going in that store, so I have put it off. This could bite me in the butt now I guess.

YUP!

over the years they made several commercials & stuff ( even a couple tv sitcom specials) in 3-D.
plus a movie or 2 you can watch.
each one though may have different type of glasses to watch it.

I think I'll call Wal-mart tomorrow and make sure they have them before I make the trip. That way I'll know exactly where to look for them when I get there.

As a last resort, go see Journey to the Center of the Earth and use those 3D glasses. Maybe the theatre would even let you snag the ones left behind after a showing??? (You could Lysol them. LOL!) They're the same kind we got at the HM movie.

We got ours from a Radio Disney Promo so you can check their web site and see if they're doing any appearances in your area. If all else fails- Dollar Tree sells 3-D books (snakes, sharks, pirates, etc) that come with glasses.

Ours were sitting on top of the school supply list display. I told my daughter it was by luck I found them. I had asked one person and they had no clue. I also thought it was not very smart to just leave them sitting out in the open, so everyone could take as many as they wanted. There was only a handful left and many were crumpled up.

I still have the glasses from the theater showing. Will they work?

These are made easy enough if you're unable to find them. Poster board, cellophane, scissors, and permanent marker (red and blue) are all you need. I did a search google and came up with a site that has a template to print and cut out for the glasses. Color the cellphane, cut it to fit, tape it in the eyeglasses....VIOLA! Probably a 10 min job.
