Ticked off! Hannah Montana 3d glasses GONE at WalMart!

I just went to FOUR WalMarts looking for the FREE 3D glasses that you NEED to watch the concert on Saturday night...all gone! They don't know when/if they are getting any. My two girls have invited their friends over to watch the concert at our house. What am I to do? Do you guys think I could find some at the party supply store? Not HM, but at least 3D glasses?

What really ticks me off is that they are all over EBay! People apparently scooped them up to sell...

I know it's not free but there is 1 pair in the newest issue of TV Guide. I can mail you my pair if you'd like. PM me with your address (hopefully you'd get them by Saturday) if you're interested.

Make sure you check with the stationary dept mgr., not anyone else. In our store they were sent to their attention. They work 1st shift.

Not that it will help you as far as free 3D glasses go, but there was a free pair encosed in this wekks tv guide. My parents have a subscriptions though so I'm not sure how much it would cost to purchase?

There's also a website that had direstions for making them with saran and colored markers...sounds like a PITA, though

Thanks for the suggestions and I appreciate your willingness to help. Unfortunately, I have 9 girls (including my own) to get glasses for before Saturday. I looked and they do have some batman ones at PartyCity for $1.99 each...so apparently they do make them to sell for other things.

It really gets to me the people selling them on ebay....

If you happen to have Spy Kids 3 in 3D there are four pair in the DVD package. We saved our 3D glasses from the concert movie (or actually - they were left in the car and that's where they stayed).

Actually, my DD loves that movie, we saw it at the theatre. Maybe I can pick up a couple of copies cheap. Thanks for the tip.

Tell me about it!!!! I didn't even know that you got them from Wal-mart. I went to the Disney store and they had no clue that the concert was going to be aired on Sat at all I tried every store that I could, and no luck. I finally called a Wal-mart quite a distance from me and they had some so I had to drive there and then once I arrrived, not one person knew what I was talking about I don't get it. But I did find some. They were with the back to school stuff, I don't understand that either. Check the electronics dept and stationary as well. I heard you can use any 3D glasses. We have a TV Guide subscription...when it came this week there were no glasses inside Maybe our mail carrier likes Hannah!

We did just come home from Wal Mart..we got the last pair and they look like they were shoved in a pocket for a long time. Oh well, better then nothing.

This may sound like a stupid question but...do you have to have them to enjoy the show. My dds are having their two friends over to watch it but it never occurred to me that it was 3D. We saw a 3D version of Nightmare before christmas in the theater and we really didn't need them too much.

I was at WalMart today standing right next to the HUGE Nabisco display advertising the 3D concert and the staff member I asked had no idea what I was talking about. I did get some at the register.

I went and got the glasses for my family. There were plenty at my WalMart. At the stores in my area, they were at the entrance on top of the display with all of the school supply lists. Do you stores do that? They were just tossed in top of the box. I need to get mine out of my purse so they will not be smoshed by Saturday.

I don't know if you have Radio Disney in your area but they were handing them out an event in our area last Friday night and we got three pairs.
