You might also consider an apron instead of a dress... that would give you more sizing flexibility and also avoid the fabric texture concerns. At etsy.com, try a search for "disney apron"- there are some in adult sizes even. If you see a quality and price you like but it's not in the Tiana style, don't be afraid to ask the seller if they will do a custom project for you. I usually order about 3 months before our trip. My girls are not going to grow much in 3 months. I think you will love it

Oh! I didn't read the whole thread the first time and so didn't see you'd already found an etsy seller.... if you've been in touch w/ her on etsy, your emails convos should be saved there. Or you can click on her store or one of her items as a "favorite", that way you won't lose track of her! Her stuff looks great, I'm going to favorite her, too!
