I called MS today and while I was speaking to the CM I asked about THV and Transportation since I read on the Resort Forum that Disney now was going to have busses loop through and have pick ups for the park direct from the THV rather than the internal transportation --- the agent who I spoke to today also gave me this same information.

I wonder in the end what will happen :rotfl: I love the ever changing decisions.

I think it's going to be a no-win situation for whoever makes the final decision.

People will complain if they have to take an internal bus to the Springs section.

People will complain if the regular SSR buses are routed thru THV.

And people will complain if they have direct bus service from THV to the parks because the wait times will probably be too long with buses servicing that few units.

I need to see how this turns out so. I have ressies for next Jan but can"t handle 2 buses with a stroller, a 4 year old and a scooter.

I agree. It's the nature of the beast...there is no "one size fits all" solution.

Your first and second suggestions above seem like the best candidates. The Internal bus is what Disney has publicly committed to thus far. While that may seem unwieldy for theme park visits, it's the best approach for anyone wishing to use the main pool, restaurants or any other amenities at the resort. With an Internal system, you don't have to sit thru 4 or 5 SSR stops just to get to the Carriage House. It's pretty much direct service.

But having all buses visit the THV and SSR stops would provide the most seamless service to the parks. Whether or not the service is actually quicker is a separate issue, but at least folks wouldn't have to take two separate bus loops.

Best solution: Rent a car!
