Brian and I had a xmas present of the MK tour......Keys to the Kingdom....We had to get to the city hall for 8:15 am and no matter how hard we tried......we were late.......sometimes busses do not cooperate.......we were just a few moments late and the rest of the tour was under the flag pole......It was already starting to get hot.......Linda our guide managed to try to find shade areas to stop and tell us trivia.....so from 8:30 until we went to Columbia House at 11:30.....we were right out on a dead run.....and boy can she move.....ROFL......we went on Jungle cruise and had a boat all to ourselves....and then saw the hidden mickeys there......after that we went back of the scenes and saw all the floats for the parades.....I was so impressed to see those up front and personal......they were great.......seeing all the lights for Ursula and all the other night time floats.....and seeing the globes.....I was so excited....we saw how the trash is transported all through this place....yes it was nice.....after seeing this we took a walk to Haunted Mansion and she told us the story behind it and also where the hidden Donald was and the Mickeys were.....I do love this ride......I remembered seeing the ring last year and we pointed it out to the rest of the group.......because we were starving and in need of bathrooms .....we went right over to CH and ate.....we had given our choices earlier.....I was so thirtsy that I drank my drink down fast .......after this we did do the Haunted mansion ...we were pushing twelve thirty and she took us to the offices and also to the Utilidors......YES I DID LOVE THAT.....we all had a good time......Some gentleman came up to my husband and shook his hand and put a PIN in it.......we were very pleased and impressed.....after this we left our group at the flag pole and we ran back to our hotel......My MIL was still in the hotel room cause her sugar was off this morning......of course we didn't know this......or else we would never had done a five hour tour.....but she did fine and we ended up bringing her to lunch and took her to the pool and hot tub area.....she sat in her chair in the shade and watched and talked with us.....we relaxed and felt better after the five hour tour......I sound like Gilligans Island......Rofl....
later on we took my MIL and the rest of the crew and went to MK......we ate at Cosmic Rays and had a good time.....I saw Mickeys Sunshine and Poohlver there and I ran over to them and said...WHO ARE YOU.....and they told me and I told them I was pumba.....I was so happy to have a big green dis pin site......that evening we split up with the kids and the grandkids and Brian ......MIL and myself got into an area for wheelchairs and watched the Parade.....we talked with people from England.....they were a joy to sit next to and chat with......The gentleman had a very good accent and I had a hard time understanding him......but we communicated......on the other side was a family with a little 4 year old daughter that was there on a make a wish.....she was in remission from leukemia......she was just beautiful.......also another family from Ireland......we had a grand time.....and the parade was super.....made my MILs day......after the fireworks and eating a pint of ice cream from the ice cream parlor........we went to the busses and went back to our hotel......a wonderful day......exhuasting ...but wonderful......
