Thrill Seeking Teens - Suggestions?

Gatorland is a conservation-type park and does not offer airboat tours, but it does offer an amazing night time Gator Shine Tour. Probably not a thrill for a 15 year old, but great fun for the 10 and under crowd.

Boggy Creek Airboat tours are the best airboat company around, and are only about 30-40 minutes from the general Disney area. Find them at http://www.bcairboats.com If you are visiting during the summer, they do a fabulous night time tour, but it must be booked in advance.

LizzySwan, my 13 year old and his buddy can't stop talking about Kumba and Montu. They just tried them for the first time yesterday and they're addicted now. Disney may never be 'enough' from here on out. :(

I have taken my daughter and her friends to WDW three times. This is not really a thrill ride, but one thing they absolutely loved was the "Dance" "Dance" "Dance" Revolution?? attraction in the Innoventions building at Epcot. It's on the Innoventions right side as you go into Epcot, and is one of those videos with music and arrows that you dance to and try to score points as the steps get faster and faster.

They could do this for hours and *both* could do it at the same time. It actually looked pretty cool as the arrows kept them in perfect step together. There was never much of a line and although *my* feet are usually killing me at WDW, it didn't stop them from enjoying this attraction thoroughly. (it also wears out teenagers) :goodvibes

Make her drive and try to get from the Epcot parking lot to I-4 when Illuminations gets out.

Have them eat at a random buffet restaurant on 192.

Visit the 24 hour Walmart at 3am.

Make her protect a 5' square area on Main Street for 2 hours before Spectro.

Send her into Vista Way with a Bud Light 30 pack filled with Sprite on a Friday nite.

All very thrilling things to do.

:rotfl2: Oh my gosh!!! That is hilarious! :rotfl:

Thank you to everyone for all of these fantastic ideas! Some serious, some not so . . . :smokin: We will also have smaller children and will not be making room for Universal or IOA this trip. So, mainly looking for out of the way things on property. We are staying at the Poly, so I was particularly interested in the boat ideas. I will most definitely look into the parasailing, because that does sound right up her alley. (However, it does sound awefully expensive! )

Keep the great ideas coming . . . and the funny ones too! :)

Okay, I checked into the parasailing and they are excited about that one! Thanks so much for the idea. I would never have come up with it. I looked at the shark reef idea, but I did not add the water parks on my tickets and I think with the free dining everyone in our group has to have the same ticket package. So, I think that one is out. Besides, it sounds like the sharks are so passive and the interaction so minimal, not much of a 'thrill.'

Any other thrilling ideas? I like the idea of either the water mice or the Jet Skis, but I think you have to be 16 to drive those and these girls will still be 15 when we go.

The Sharks are passive sharks, no need to worry!

I'm not worried I LOVE sharks. When you say passive that means that they are non-contained docile sharks right? They actually are allowed to swim with you because they are non-aggresive is that right?

I think I am the one that suggested the parasailing and I have to say I'm so glad I was able to suggest something useful :goodvibes ! That makes me so happy and just so you know, I'll still be thinking of more things for you guys to do :thumbsup2 ! Hope the parasailing is a ton of fun :yay:
