If you're a Blue Chip member, do you have to go to the counter, or can you go directly to the garage? I usually rent with Alamo, but they're quite a bit higher, so I thought I'd try Thrifty. Don't want to get caught up in a big line if I have to go to the counter. Or do they have kiosks like Alamo?

My experience with Thrifty's Blue Chip program at MCO is that I never stop at the counters (on level one of the airport terminal), but go directly to the parking garage. My car is usually waiting up front and ready to go. Wonderful program and big time saver!
