Three Things...Gratitude Thread

Good Wednesday Morning!

#1 - LOVE - I love to give it and I love to receive it.

#2 - LAUGHTER - I love to laugh, especially with my DD22. Her and I have the best laughs together.

#3 - LUNGS - My mom has a terminal lung disease, so I see firsthand how someone suffers with bad lungs. So I’m grateful that I have healthy lungs and I pray it stays that way.

Me! As you can tell from my screenname, I have an "L" name (Lee!).

Lemons and limes- SO many good things to make with these fruits, and their scents are lovely in my home.

Lilacs- One of my favorite flowers, that reminds me of my mother (as well as pansies, both were her favorites). We have a lilac bush in the yard and I love the way the fragrance wafts thru the yard.

Love comes in all shapes and sizes and enhances quality of life
Learning - I love learning new things and growing as a person.
Letter writing - an old fashioned art form that can really bring joy. I have may treasured letters from DH that we wrote to each other in college.

Lemon...definitely LEMON!!! - It's one of my very favorite fruit flavors. I'm taking a break from my morning caffeinated lemonade to try a different variety, but I had a lemon protein bar to help make up for the lemon deficit

Lat Pulldown - It's probably my favorite machine for arms/shoulders days. So, I guess I should also be grateful for my latissimus dorsi strength to get a great workout on this one.

Leg Day - Definitely a gym theme going on here but I have a love/hate relationship with leg day. By the time I get onto the leg press, I am grumbling about it but I love that feeling at the end of it all. I know it's been a solid leg day when my quads and adductors feel a little jittery when I get in the car to drive home. Also, just happy for my legs and their strength in general...especially after the complications with my right leg.
