I love a lot of the "PH," replies aready given Photos and the blessing of family, friends, and memories they represent are so very special indeed.

Phonographs that in the olden days allowed dad to enjoy many classical music records. One day, he might still like to get a nice modern turntable.

Photocopier, such a great share, WDWEPCOT and how handy they are indeed. Same with phones.

Grateful to all caring physicians, certainly to my dad's.

Omg I love taffy !!!
Taffy makes me think of Boardwalk which are by BEACHES !!! Taffy is a summertime on vacation treat !! It’s going in gift shop and saying omg they have taffy - grab some for me and if you would like some grab your own !!!
It makes you think of circus and cotton candy -.long Summer Days - Root Beer Floats - sno Cones - banana splits - fried pies -all that stuff you could eat and never gain a pound !!! Ole the good old days !!!

I love taffy still - will devour a bag any chance I get !

It makes me think of family road trips when I was young. There was gas station/gift shop about half way to my uncle's house, and we always stopped there and I always got the big long flat taffy that kind of faded from one color into the next. I can taste the memories!

A more recent sweet treat I was grateful for - sugar quills! DS and I just got back from a quick trip to surprise his grandpa. We got these in the airport and thoroughly enjoyed them on the flight home:


And for #3, I second the association of taffy with seaside beach towns and summer fun I'm grateful for.

Would you be so kind and PM me a pic of your box of your contact lens ? I too have that and I would love to look into these ! My Dr just put me in a new kind after 40 yrs and I do like them but they are not as wet as my old ones but I can see better which is what I need ! I’m just not a happy glass wearing person I prefer contacts

Taffy makes me think of our county fair - it is always the same week as my sister's birthday - as a kid, we always went on arm band night so we could ride all the rides over and over.

I love looking at all the candy varieties in Cracker Barrel - I don't really buy them, but they are so fun to look at and remember all of the candies of my childhood!

I love how much DS loves gummies - I tend to think of them as candy for little kids, but at 20, they are still his favorite candies. He had me try a new kind of gummies with tiny nerds on the outside of them. They're his new favorite. I love that he loves them! I think it keeps the kid alive in him!
