Kitchen

Blessing from God to dad and I of having a safe one to use in our apartment with both of us in health. That our fridge, freezer, and cupboard contain needed food and water along with other supplies is additional grace indeed.

Grandma loved cook especially baking 🍪Good memories also of dad and I making our favorite sugar-chocolate chip cookies. Pre Covid, time spent in my church's kitchen volunteering or working in a variety of ways.

Sweet Champ memories of how much he loved to eat, especially treats of popcorn, graham crackers, and his homemade bones grandma especially would make him.

I drink water like a 🐳I am always extra grateful for our Sparkletts water machine.

Pampered Chef ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I could be a catalog show for them !!! Love their products !!!
Me too - the only "home party" I like getting invited to.

I have found that our local facebook trader page has quite a few of their things that people have bought over the years and just don't use. I've picked up some items for not much $$ from there.

Three kitchen things:

1. My ninja air fryer / grill. I use one of the 2 functions most nights. I'm thinking of getting a separate air fryer because when I do hamburgers, etc on the grill, I'd like to be able to do fries or something similar in an air fryer.

2. My double oven - although I very much dislike the stove part of it. It's electric and the burners will not really go down to a simmer. When you boil something and then turn it down, apparently the model I have just makes the burners cycle on and off at a slower interval, but with the same heat, so it never goes down to a simmer. So frustrating!

3. My garbage disposal. Makes dinner cleanup so much easier!

Kitchen:
1. Kitchenaid mixer and all its attachments. It was a wedding gift in 1996 and still going strong.
2. Dishwasher—we’ve been through several over the years and I finally have one I hope never wears out.
3. Location—kitchen is right off the garage which I love—easy to bring groceries in and we keep our big freezer there so it is always close.

Ninja rocks! I've had an 8 in 1 air fryer/toaster over for several years and use it every day. Usually only use regular oven for bigger meat and casseroles.

I have the 2 in 1 coffee pot and it is fabulous, too!

Living/family room:
1) My family in the living room, especially when my daughter visits from her college town.
2) Our couch and loveseat that we purchased earlier this year. Our old furniture was falling apart and it was a necessary expense.
3) The dozens of dog toys 😁. Our little dog loves his toys and it’s a joy to watch him playing with them.

Good Thursday Morning!

Not including my TV and furniture which I’m grateful for……

#1 - I’m grateful for our fireplace - I have fake electric logs in it to make fake fire and I use it during the cold months - it makes such a nice warm ambiance in the room.

#2 - I’m grateful for our little Guinea Pig Zoe - her cage is in a special place in the family room so she is always with the family. I do think this is a big reason she’s living her best life - she gets petted and talked to every day and my DH spoils her with special vegetables every day. She is almost 7 years old and doesn’t act old at all.

#3 - I’m grateful for a butterfly light on my mantel - I bought it for my grandma probably 20 years ago and after she passed away I put it on my mantle - I think of her every time I look at it.

Living/Family Room…

1. My tropical plants…found out I had a green thumb during the pandemic.
2. Hanging frames that I swap out during the seasons with photos my husband and I have taken throughout the years.
3. Ruggables area rugs…love these! We have them in all of our downstairs rooms. The large ones, 7x10, even fit in our washer and dryer.
