Ooooo, our market didn't have the butterscotch but they did have the peanut butter ones. I'm debating about buying a bag this weekend so I can combine the dark chocolate and peanut butter to satisfy some Reese's Pieces/Peanut Butter M&M cravings in a more diet friendly manner.
Praise extra to God dear PollyannaMom and may your dad feel stronger today. to our favorite mouse-led "fab five." Dad and I God willing will see them at Disneyland later this year.

My granddaughter. There is no joy like the joy I feel when we are together
This thread. So grateful to see it was still going when I was gone for a bit. Thanks, PollyannaMom!
The trips we took to WDW in the 90’s. They were special and more affordable!
Music, especially my Spotify lists for walking
Reading: just finished Sunrise on the Reaping and now I am re-reading all the Hunger Games books. Even though the subject matter is so horrendous, the characters are compelling and that’s what is most important to me. In TV shows too. If I don’t care about at least one character, I stop reading or watching.
So for Todays Topic (Fri, 4/18) let's do things that rhyme (you can do a list if 3 things that all rhyme with each other, or 3 rhyming pairs, or even your own poem...whatever suits you best)
I have never gotten into poems they’re just not for me
The rhyme I know I can’t put on here I learned them from my father he was full of rhymes and funny stories it’s one of the few fun memories I have of him telling these things and having us in stitches how the man could remember all of these was always amazing to me I wish I could remember all of those funny rhymes and stories that he had he had an act for it I did not hear it that but it did give me a very happy fond memory
I will enjoy reading everybody’s responses and maybe it will trigger maybe calling some of the ones my father used to say that I could print on here…
Good early morning friends. I did enjoy a few of Emily Dickinson's poems when I was younger along with some others otherwise dear WDWEPCOT, I have never much been into poetry either.
Dear Slo, to your sweet daughter lovey dovey share. What a loving mom you are.
A mutual friend used to call our elderly late friend Sue, "Sue Magoo." Smiling to think of them both. I do miss Sue and should reach out to Sara.
I remember a family in the Baby-sitter's Club series had pets with rhyming names. Noodle the Poodle and Myrtle the Turtle for example.

I love poetry. Some of my favorites didn’t always rhyme; e e Cummings, Yevtushenko, Langston Hughes, Emily Dickinson, Walt Whitman, Khalil Gibran, lots more that I can’t think of right now.
My favorite: by Langston Hughes
Hold fast to dreams
For if dreams die
Life is a broken-winged bird
That cannot fly
And, of course there are countless rhyming song lyrics.
One of my favorite Beatles songs ”rhymes” is from She’s A Woman
