I'm one of those people who really appreciates a thank you card. DH is so good at sending thank yous. One of the things I love about him.Oh! And thank you notes!!!!!
I still send thank you notes and have taught DD to do so.
They can make a difference in how people feel when they are or are not sent. I know some people think this it is an antiquated task, but I still think it is important.
Loved then, and still frequently use one today!Remember those pens back in the day - you slid down a little lever - it had 4 choices of color and you had one pen that could write four different colors ? Loved those
That is my all time most favorite pen - I use it when I'm doing the scorebook for DD19's games. Over the last 12 years I've gone through many of these pens. When I was coaching, the parents always laughed at me, because I would have that pen and two pencils hanging off the neck line of my shirt at all times.Favorite Pen ? I almost spit out my coffee laughing - pen wars at work !

I still write letters to a few people - not as many as I used to - live pretty paper to write on
I like getting a nice fancy notebook - something cute and small for my Disney planning - I have several from over the years - they are like little books full of memories
