Three FP+ booked...getting 4th?

Am I understanding correctly? As soon as you tap your first FP at the ride entrance, you can then book your fourth? In the same park and/or different park? Please clarify. Thank you

If you have pre-booked 3 FPs, you can't book a 4th until the initial 3 have been used or expired.
