whgrn-I can't believe someone else is still up. I'm such a night owl that I go looking for threads on here that I can post to and not kill. I know what you mean about peeping someone. I think I may try peeping stepmom. She loves peeps and since stepsis is always at her house, she will get blamed.

LOL, the only reason I was still up was because I was obsessed with finishing the PEEPS story!!!!! I can't rememberr when I've laughed so hard.

Today I woke up feeling crappy. Weird, like a cross between "I'm really really hungry" and "I feel like I'm gonna barf". YUCK! So I am slowly nibbling on a tiny little baked potato, the blandest thing I could think of to eat. I hope I feel better soon--the Casting Crowns concert is tonite, and we are leaving at 4:30--NO WAY am I missing this!!!!

Bopsmom - No doubt you're in Texas when ya get excited over a big BBQ. Sounds like fun though. I envy you going to a BBQ when all I see out my door is blowing snow and cold. Can just picture the folks in their boots, hats and scarfs. (Insert cowboy smilie here). I can smell the mesquite in my mind. Hope that smell drowns out your skunk smell.

Well, we have started planning a summer camping vacation to Denver and looking forward to it. It is nice to at least think about warmer weather right now. Anyone ever been there or have any suggestions of things to see?

The only time we stopped in Denver was to watch baseball.

Guess I'm dealing with some kind of virus but it's not too bad compared to what I have heard from others.

I'm very relieved to say I feel MUCH better now. I've kept it light all day and will continue tonite. No pills/supplements/amino acid drinks for me today!

Time to leave for the concert. I can't wait! It's at "The Rock"--the new Prudential Center in Newark. The people I know who have been there say it's awesome...

I can't remember who this was... Maybe Dreamin'?? I know your tag says you are from Bethlehem. But, ages ago on this board, someone was talking about the big Celtic festival in the fall near Bethlehem. They do a Winter Classic too, and we are going tomorrow.

We have tix for me, DH, FIL (and I don't think DS needs one), but BIL decided last minute to come too. Now, we can't figure out if we can get a ticket for him or not. Its a bit of a hike, so we don't want him to drive all the way up w/ us and be dissapointed.

Anyone from that area know if tix are usually available? Website says they sell at the door, but BIL said someone told him they may be sold out already (the Winter one is indoors.)

Figured you TK'ers have been helpful in stranger situations. Anyone got any tips?

I'll definitely fill you all in. I'm really looking forward to it. I'm supposed to be in bed resting up for the big day, but, of course, I had my bright idea to check in w/ you and, now that I'm on the DIS, I can't get off...

As for the last minute... of course. SIL has to work, and BIL has been debating for days about whether or not to go to his folks up in Mass. for a visit. I never even thought coming w/ us was an option!!! I swear, any reason to wear his kilt. (closest things I could find to a kilt wearing BIL smiley )

Bopsmom is on there alot and she comes up with alot of funny stuff. If you read from the page I posted, you'll see.

Thank you Bopsmom and D&DDisney I've been trying to lose weight for the last 3 years, I guess a trip to WDW is enough of an incentive to really try. Trying to reach 10 lbs before the trip then have to re-lose it when I get back.
I can't think of anything funny either. There are some very creative peeps out there!
