"Thousands" of missing threads?

How come when looking at the link to the subforum of pin trading it says there are over 3,000 threads, but when I click on it and go to that subforum, there are only 2 threads? I'm confused

Most likely it is because you are set to only view threads from a certain time period. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the forum and you can change the time period of threads to view.
