THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR FEEDBACK. :)

For first-time visitors, I think they have planned it very well.

The only timing that I think is not realistic is having a Safari FP+ that starts at 4:20 and then planning to make a 5:00 Lion King show. If they go through the FP+ line five minutes early (i.e. 4:15), I think they MIGHT have a chance to make the 5:00 show.

I'm also wondering about meals. I don't see any time for a lunch break on the Hollywood Studios day. For the Animal Kingdom day, I think they could eat QS lunch at 11:00 and then make 12:00 Nemo show. Flame Tree Barbecue usually opens at 11:00 (and that's the best time for avoiding a lunchtime line). Also, they will surely have time to do something between Dinosaur at 9:30 and a 10:30 Primeval Whirl FP+. Maybe do It's Tough to Be a Bug 3D?

Are the insistent on those "not ideal" meals on those days or just that they get to have those 2 meals? If they aren't dead set on the dates and your can get ADRs I would suggest moving the Beaches n' cream to the late start Epcot day or the HS day and the 1900 PF to either the AK evening or one of the MK evenings. I know that getting the perfect time for ADRs at this late date can be challenging, but keep checking daily. You will be amazed what pops up in the last week or so before the trip. If you keep the 1900PF on the HS day I don't see any way for them to make the early Fantasmic.

Two things I noticed:
No way in heck are they going to make it from 1900 PF to the first Fantasmic! Character meals (esp with face characters) take upwards of 1.5hrs unless you're super lucky, and arrive at a perfect time and are seated near the front of the rotation so you get all the characters, then eat, then leave. Plan for them to definitely do the second one so they aren't rushing through their meal.

At Dak, as a pp said they won't make Lk with a safari fast pass that late. I would highly advise doing an early Lion King if possible (or is there a 6pm one that day? do that after the safari) To get good seats you want to be there 20-30 mins in advance, and the safari itself is around 15-20 mins, esp if you get held up by an animal.

Great plans otherwise!

On the AK day, why not have them head straight to Kilimanjaro Safaris first thing? They can do standby and it shouldn't be too bad yet, then they'd still have plenty of time to head over to Dinoland to do both Dinosaur and the Primeval Whirl FP+, then do the rest of the plan. That would free them up to do a FOTLK show earlier, or if they really want the 5:00 show, to get there in plenty of time. Alternatively, they could do the 10am FOTLK after the Safari, since they'll already be on that side of the park (and the earliest and latest shows are said to be the least crowded, though I have no actual proof of that, lol), then go straight to their Primeval Whirl FP+, then do Dinosaur and then on to the rest of the plan.

ETA: doing standby for the safari would also free up a FP+ for something else, like Dinosaur maybe.

Okay, I moved their KS up an hour so there's time to make it to FOTLK. I also told them to plan on 2nd Fantasmic time. THANK YOU
