We ate there last week, on the free dining plan. The food was good, but I didn't think it was anything particularly fantastic, and our chef wasn't one of the more talented ones (he knocked over his volcano twice...). I actually found the food very basic: grilled shrimp or meat (and the shrimp weren't very large), udon noodles with veggies, grilled quartered button mushrooms, and sticky rice. I cook this at home, and it tasted about the same. The green tea pudding, however, was amazing! I thought it'd be a dud, and DD would be chowing down on my chocolate ginger cake. The cake was good but disappointing, with barely any ginger flavor, but the pudding! It was actually more like a creme brulee, light green in color, with a very full flavor (but I wouldn't say it tasted like tea), with a caramelized sugar syrup, just like a regular flan or creme brulee. It was incredible!!
