Fidelity is Affiliated with (according to a document they had me sign) Tomorrow Holdings, LLC (d/b/a Vacation Club Title & Escrow and
DVC Title & Escrow). Cammy, who I like as they have the e-Notary for sellers is currently with their
DVC Title & Escrow.
DVC By Resale (a broker)
www.dvcbyresale.com has a function where if you use the Buy Now button you can scroll down to see the title/escrow charge for a few different ones - I would pick a similar size points one in the same state (FL/HA for example) to compare. I've loved Cammy - but I find Jeffrey Sweet's office (
https://www.ormondlegal.com/) easy to work with too, and is usually cheaper. Ask the broker what each title company charges them, since I think some of the title/escrow companies must give them a referral fee or something - my fee thru
DVC Title & Escrow with Fidelity was substantially higher than quoted on the DVC By Resale site but the Agent I worked with at Fidelity said if I used another Escrow my offer would not be accepted (others have said they did not have that problem).
Some brokers are offering title/escrow deals right now - I'll put the link but I think this one is blocked on disboards

As disneylandtour mentioned above, Mason (
www.masontitle.com) can be competitive too and I've enjoyed working with them. I don't see Mason's price on that link I shared, but you could call and ask - a timeshare might be different than their online form.
The disboards has a Closing Time! thread where people post their times and who they use, it's a great resource too.
